Healing Approaches

HypnotherapyHypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, similar to meditation. It is a state of relaxation wherein we can connect with the core of our being our subconscious mind. This core is a storehouse of all our memories, some of which may be causing blockages in our lives. By accessing and releasing these memories, we heal ourselves.Hypnotherapy is the quickest and most effective form of personal therapy.
Very often, just a few sessions can bring about the most remarkable results.
Emotional release through hypnotherapy helps in healing relationships, overcoming stress, depression and fears and phobias. Anxiety, stage fears, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, breaking unwanted habits, examination stress, memory enhancement are some of the other areas in which hypnotherapy can help us.
Pranic HealingPranic Healing is a ‘no touch’ healing system based on the law of self-recovery — the ability of the human body to heal itself. The emphasis is on the prevention of disease by cleansing, energizing and revitalizing the body and the mind.
It is a holistic approach to treat ourselves by tapping into the Prana — or the life-force that exists all around us to accelerate the natural healing process of the body.
Bio- EnergeticsWe are energy beings. And energy needs to circulate through our bodies at all times. Our thoughts, our feelings and our experiences all generate negative energy which while being processed through our bodies leaves a residue. The centre is run by Biraj Bose, a counsellor and a practitioners of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and self-directed healing.
She takes the time to understand each team and individual, and their challenges. She offers custom-designed programmes tailored for each organisation's and individual's needs.
Biraj Bose brings 30 years of experience, a long list of qualifications, and an ever-growing list of clients to her practice. She is also plugged into a network of select specialists who can bring a varied set of interventions to help companies design custom progammes for their people.

NVC

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also known as compassionate communication or collaborative communication is a way to connect with the self, with others and within groups in a conscious and aware manner. When adopted, NVC brings about an environment of collaboration and harmony. The process of NVC was developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, and is currently used worldwide to nurture healthy interpersonal relationships, at home and in the professional space.

“NVC is based on the principles of nonviolence. It begins by assuming that we are all compassionate by nature and that violent strategies—whether verbal or physical—are learned behaviours taught and supported by the prevailing culture. NVC also assumes that we all share the same basic human needs. People who practice NVC have found greater authenticity in their communication, increased understanding of themselves and the other, deepening of connections in society leading to empathy and compassion and an improved ability to resolve conflicts. The NVC community is active in over 65 countries around the globe.” (www.nvc.org)

She uses the concepts of NVC in her counselling practice, for mediation in interpersonal relationships, works with groups teaching the concepts of Nonviolent Communication and also creating workshops for special interest groups, based on their or the requirements.
